Hi, I’m Victoria Willis
The Calm Coach
I am a corporate wellbeing expert who helps forward-thinking organisations to reduce employee burnout, decrease absenteeism, and boost productivity by restoring their teams’ capacity to manage stress and perform at their best.
In today’s fast-paced workplace, employees often become disconnected from their natural stress responses. They mistake distraction for recovery, and busyness for effectiveness – while stress, burnout and rising absence rates quietly impact your bottom line.
Through evidence-based HeartMath, breathwork, visualisation and Yoga Nidra, I can equip your teams with practical tools that deliver measurable results: improved focus, enhanced decision-making, greater resilience, and sustained energy. When employees regulate stress effectively, you see improved retention, engagement and performance.
If you’re ready to invest in sustainable wellbeing that protects your talent and your business outcomes, I’m here to support you. I’m based in Lincolnshire and can work throughout the East Midlands, but I deliver most of my programs via MS Teams, making it easy to support your teams across the UK.

Breathwork
Yoga Nidra
Experience profound relaxation and a mental reset with Yoga Nidra sessions tailored for corporate teams. Delivered online via Teams or in-person, these sessions help employees to recharge, enhance their creativity, and support their overall wellbeing.
Visualisation
Visualisation is one of the most powerful tools for calming the nervous system, because our brains respond to vividly imagined experiences as if they were real. So, by imagining calm, safe or positive scenarios, we can foster a deeper sense of inner balance and wellbeing.
Corporate Wellbeing
Most of us have lost the ability to truly be with ourselves and listen to what our bodies are telling us. We have thousands of free meditations at our fingertips, yet we rarely make the time to pause – perhaps because, on some level, we’re scared to feel what lies beneath. Instead, we convince ourselves that scrolling through our phones or switching on the TV is relaxation. It isn’t. It’s numbing – a distraction that pulls us further away from genuine calm, balance and presence.
Working as a teaching assistant, I witnessed how children are encouraged to process everything through their minds, gradually disconnecting them from their intuition and their natural ability to regulate stress. When I introduced breathwork and somatic practices, the transformation was remarkable – not just in behaviour, but in a deeper sense of ease and happiness. That experience showed me something vital: we all need to relearn what we’ve lost.
Today, through The Calm Coach, I bring that understanding into the world of corporate wellbeing. I help professionals and teams reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and restore the calm that modern work often erodes. Using HeartMath, breathwork, visualisation and Yoga Nidra – delivered both online and in-person – I guide you beyond constant thinking and talking, into a space of genuine feeling and embodied awareness. When we calm the body, the mind follows. When we practice interoception – truly sensing what’s happening inside us – we become not only calmer and happier, but also more focused, creative and productive.

A Bit About Me
I’ve spent over a decade working as a Teaching Assistant while building my practice as a Holistic Therapist, and in that time I’ve become deeply passionate about helping people truly care for themselves – not as an afterthought, but as a priority.
Too often, we’re caught in the relentless rush of modern life, always doing rather than being. I love creating spaces where people can step off that treadmill and simply reconnect with who they are beneath all the noise.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how transformative small moments of calm can be. When I began introducing breathwork and Yoga Nidra to children at school, something remarkable happened: not only did it help them settle and focus, but that sense of peace rippled outward, creating a calmer atmosphere for the entire classroom – staff included. It was a beautiful reminder that calm, like stress, is contagious.
I’m also a mum to two teenagers, and seeing how these techniques have helped them to navigate exam stress has been genuinely amazing. It reinforces what I see every day in my work: these practices aren’t complicated or mystical – they’re simply powerful tools that make a real, tangible difference for children, adults and families alike.
Why Work With Me?
In today’s high-pressure work environment, stress doesn’t stay contained – it spreads. Neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart has proven this scientifically, and I’ve witnessed it countless times in practice – calm is contagious too. When groups experience my sessions together, something powerful happens: entrainment occurs, creating a synchronised state of relaxation that amplifies the benefits for everyone involved.
I bring a unique blend of expertise – trained in craniosacral therapy, reflexology, reiki and yoga nidra – but what truly sets my approach apart is how I tailor each session. No two are the same. I weave together yoga nidra, breathwork and somatic practices to meet your team exactly where they are, helping people release tension they didn’t even know they were carrying.
Recently, I’ve delivered weekly sessions across the education sector, one of the most demanding professional environments. Teachers told me that missing even a single session noticeably affected their ability to focus and relax. These aren’t just feel-good moments – they translate into real improvements in productivity, attendance and workplace happiness. Whether your team is in-office, remote or hybrid, I can deliver sessions that fit seamlessly into your day, even at people’s desks.
